General Policies
Please note all of the following:
Legal Age: You must be of legal age to order pipes.
Shipping Times: Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Otherwise: In stock orders are shipped within 24hrs of payment receipt.
Returns
An item can be returned within 30 days and must be in new condition in it's original packaging. Pipes must be unsmoked. Refunds will be processed within 24 - 48 hours of item returning to our shop. There will be a 10% restocking fee on non defective / non damaged orders over $100.
We do not warranty pipes against normal wear and tear - for example, breaking the stem, dropping the pipe, or breaking the tenon.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation
Cancellations made prior to package being shipped will receive 100% Refund. Cancellations made after packaged shipped will receive refund when package arrives back minus shipping costs.
Incorrect Order
Upon receipt of your order, if anything is missing or incorrect please contact us within 48hrs and we will take the steps necessary to send the correct items to you. To contact us, CLICK HERE.
Shipping Charges, USA
Your shipping address must be able to receive both UPS and USPS.
All orders over $95.00 will be sent with free shipping.
You also have your choice of shipping speeds. Otherwise, in-stock orders are shipped within 24 hours of payment receipt and arrive in 3-4 days.
Shipping International
All International shipping will come with a flat charge of $20 USD. Orders over $150 will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. All orders below $150 will ship via USPS First Class International. International orders may be contacted for additional information verification before shipping.
We reserve the right to request additional billing details / payment verification on any international order. If we do not hear back within 24 hours of requesting such information, orders will be refunded & cancelled.
